This is the kind of small business that makes everyone who walks through their door feel welcome. I bought my first real sewing machine here, nearly 4 years ago. I hadn't been back in since. Today I went in to look at another machine, not only did the owner remember me, but he (and his employee) went out of their way to accommodate me, even giving me a discount for being a repeat customer! This place has a great selection, it's the only sewing store I've been in that has more than just 1 brand of machine. They are very knowledgeable about the machines they sell and service and will help you find the right machine for your needs and budget! I highly reccomend this store!

This is the BEST small business I have EVER been to. I showed up in a rush 10 minutes before they closed and asked for help to figure out a hand-me-down sewing machine that I couldn't get to work. I expected to be charged and told some kind of repairs needed to be made and would have not known any better because I'm new to the sewing world. But the owner was AMAZING! Took the time to help me learn what the settings mean, how to change them with each stitch and stayed later than they were supposed to be open explaining everything to me. Didn't charge me a dime or try to sell me anything. Because of him I'm completed several dresses for my little girls and will go to this shop for any of my sewing needs from now on. They also have a really great selection of used machines. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!

this was the best customer service i have ever received.. not only were the staff helpful, but they were knowelegable about the products. they offer quality products @ affordable prices... i would refer them to anyone, & would deffinatley use them again....
