I took my 4 yr old Pomeranian here for a haircut. This was my first time taking her to CF Elegance and I was happily greeted by a dozen of adorable little puppies. I felt very good about leaving my dog in the upscale facility. After picking her up, I was fairly confident that we would return. Shortly after I brought my dog home I realized something was very wrong. My dog did not go to the bathroom (#1 or #2) for OVER 48 HOURS AFTER BRINGING HER HOME FROM THE GROOMER! My $55 visit to CF Elegance resulted in a $100 visit to the veterinarian. She had a rash on her privates which kept her from going #1, and they messed up when expressing her anale glands so she couldn't go #2. From the vet, I took her back to CF to show them her rash. They blamed the rash on the "grass" since it's spring. The reason I chose CF Elegance was because I was referred from a friend. This is a customer-service industry and I was very disappointed that they didn't offer to fix the situation or accept any fault

I find these people just lovely. I have a 3 1/2 lb teacup poodle was was a bright red but becasue the previous groomers used clippers on her it turned her color production off. After only 2 cuts using only siscors we can tell some of the color is coming back. I wanted to use a color restoration system to help turn her color back, and these people search all over the world for the right product. It is coming in from Japan.

I have a 28 yr old son who owns a 80 lb boxer and when he saw Zoyie after she had just been clipped he even noticed how beautiful she looled, no that is strange for a 28 yr old son.

I would recommend this groomer to anyone, I feel I hit the jackpot.

I was telling my new neighbors (we have only lived in Lexington a short time) and they have 2 show dogs and to my amazement that is where they take their show dogs.

The staff at this groomers has never been rude to me in any matter what so ever.

Some dogs are terrible to groom, it's just a fact. What if this dog was totally matted, had experienced a bad groomer.

If more than one groomer tells you your god is hard to groom I would suggest some dog tranquilizer before you take her/him to another groomer to ease her anxiety.

Were you rude to the staff?

THIS IS THE BEST GROOMER FOR A POODLE I HAVE EVER FOUND AND THIS IS MY 3RD POODLE.
