FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE! The doctors are okay...perhaps no better or no worse than any other pediatrician in Lexington...although I do have one that I've had far better experiences with. But it's the staff, and the over promise/under deliver mentality. Customer service means nothing to the people there! And let's face it, if you are going to a doctor you are spending very few minutes actually with the doctor, and the rest of your time you are dealing with staff members. If you are going to pay for services you deserve to be treated far better than this place will treat you. I find them disrespectful, unprofessional and quite frankly....liars!

My son went in for coughing, congestion, and a sore throat. The Dr. told him it was viral and there was nothing they could do. He didn't get better so so I took him to another doctor and my son had a pretty severe sinus infection. After 3 days of antibiotics he is already feeling better.



This is the 2nd experience we've had with Commonwealth Pediatrics where we had to go to another Dr.
