They have a decent product, but TERRIBLE communication between designer and installer and designer and customer which results in a massive confusion. I spent hours waiting without them to show up. They didn't show two days in a row, and then had to take the counter back to the shop to recut it. I had to reschedule my plumber twice. They don't take your calls if there is a problem and voicemail is full (pro tip: call from your work phone, if they don't know your caller id they answer).

We have been trying to get a cultured marble pan from these folks for months! Our contractor made a down payment to them. We can't get anyone to return our calls and excuse after excuse has been made on why we don't have a pan yet. We still haven't gotten a pan OR our payment back.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!



They broke the shower wont fix it or compensate us, the owner smarts off to the people who hired him, did a shoddy job installing it and then wouldnt return phone calls or show up to their appointments.



My grandfather was in a car accident with a semi and asked me to speak with them while he was recovering and Doug Ball the owner said "well thats good when he gets better tell him to give me a call" and hung up on me. Twice. He screamed like a child throwing a temper tantrum. FOR PROBLEMS HIS COMPANY WAS CREATING! Now we have to get a lawyer to fix this mess that a child started as well as going to the better business Bureau.



They are frauds who take your money and take advantage of people! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HEADACHE!
