I would not live there.

Shelia the manager actively discriminates against any religion that isn't Christian and disability.

She talks to others about her opinion of your religion and handicap, such as telling Lexington Fair Housing, that I put voodoo curses on her and her staff, that she was ready to kill some one, that I needed to be put in a group home in which my Doctors didn't agree with any of this, said she would not change the carpet till I moved.

They do not keep up with their lease agreement, like replacing the carpet every 9 years, and painting, which you have to beg for years, she never replaced the carpet, it was the original carpet and I lived there for 29 years and it was there before I was.

They made several violations against the Lexington Tenant-Landlord Laws.

The laundry facilities were awful, the clothes washers were doing a bad job along with the dryers, the prices to use them were unfair, for it to be low income housing, or any other place.

I suffered mental cruelty by Shelia, the manager, over 29 years.

There was not proper weatherization, I was gone December 2010 till January 2012, where I just kept the heat on 68, and I was gone out of state and the electric bill for those months were extremely high, when I was there in Feb.2012 the electric bill went down by a hundred dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
