I've been going to Dr Seagren for 30 years. Eastland was always excellent.
However, Eastland has been bought by Dr Crowl. Dr Crowl is very kind, professional and loves his furry patients.
But that is where the positives end.
The other vet (female, don't know her name) is very unprofessional and has a rude disposition. The front desk staff is the same.
They say the'll return your phone calls and never will.
They say they'll call you with results from the lab (blood work that was shipped to NC) and they never did. I had to call the lab myself.
Do NOT go to Eastland. It's not what it used to be.

The Doc and Staff are very Professional, best people i've known yet.
They are very caring people who have patients and compassion with animals. They truely believe in doing what is right for your pet.
