Worst experience ever!! Angie (manager) worst ever!!! I was a fool paying almost $300 service on my watch that took four months getting back and had to send back because wasn't right the first time.

Took my seiko in to have a number reattached to the face. Lady tol me it would be a 10-20 repair. So I left my watch to be fixed. A couple days later I get a call saying it would be $150 to reapair. I declined the repair. When I went to pick up my watch, that wasn't repaired, the lady said I had to pay $20 for the estimate. I refused to pay and left with my watch. Horrible place.

I suggest you find someplace else to go if you want to be treated with respect and want your jewelry given back in working condition.

This place is horrible. It is like bringing your jewelry to a high school art class to have it fixed. They don't know what they are doing. Find a real repair shop.

I have had several items repaired, all came back perfect. I will bring all my jewelery repairs to them

This was a horrible experience at this store. They were to fix the prongs on my wedding ring and I eventually came out with what looked like a little girls ring...they say "they did all they could"...well, that's what they did all right...took all they could and were completely unprofessional. I wish I had just called the police and filed a report right then and there. Think twice people...

I asked this company to build up the prongs on my wedding to keep my diamond secure and they completely changed my ring, for the worse. I have a $1500.00 estimate from another jeweler as what it would take to repair the damage. I took a chance in this store because of their convenient location, but that turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I would take my jewelry elsewhere if I had it to do all over again.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Everyone in the store was very nice and new what they were doing. They also got my items back to me in a very quick and timely fashion. If i had to rate them 1-10 it would have to be a 10. I recommend everyone to go there, if you have a repair that needs to be done or to buy a new item to add to your collection.
