This place seen my wife coming, They charged her for a synthetic oil changed and told her that her car required it which is a lie!! also told her that it needed a alignment, its a year old with less then 40k miles. They said the oil change came with a free tire rotation that I know for a fact that they didn't do. Don't trust these people with your car alone, heck don't even do business here if can avoid it!

Told her car required it, watch your wallets here and to all the women out there, this is one of those places that you hear about on the news trying to screw people over. I'd give a negative star if I could!

Went in for an oil change, with us being the only people there it took 1 hour and 45 minutes before they were finished, completely unacceptable. Also, they tried to charge me more than the advertised price, and the advertised price included a free tire rotation which they did not do. You'd be wise to just avoid this business and go elsewhere.

Making a customer wait 2 hours for a routine oil change when they had an appointment is not cool. Thanks for the unapologetic terrible service, and being inconsiderate of my time. I will never be returning to any goodyear ever again.

I highly recommend this service location. Mr. Mitchum, in particular, seems to be a straight shooter. Since about 1985, I have used this firm for minor vehicular repairs, with very few complaints. Give them a chance to earn your business- they deserve it!
