Please do not go to this Great Clips!! Went in on a Monday afternoon to get an inch or so off and get layers added. The hair stylist, Sandy, gave me layers in only half of my hair! Called when I got home and spoke with a man who told me I could come in to have it fixed. Went in the next afternoon, explained what had happened to a woman who I was told was the manager, her name is Theresa. To her credit she was a very nice woman, but she messed my hair up worse than it was before I came in! She gave me bangs! I obviously did not have bangs when I came in nor did I ask her to give me bangs when she "fixed" my haircut from the previous day. I was very upset by this. Also, the layers she added to my hair were not even at all. I had to go to a professional salon to get my hair at least evenly cut. Nothing I can do about the bangs except wait for them to grow out. The “manager" Theresa was apologetic when I expressed my disappointment and offered to give me a free hair cut in the future. But I told her I have absolutely no interest in being a client of Park Hills Great Clips ever again. I have nothing against Great Clips in general. I’ve been to the Great Clips in Beaumont Centre and they do a great job!
