Won't find a nicer group of people anywhere! Staff is helpful, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Everyone seems happy to be there. They are making changes and updates to the way things are run that leave me very optimistic about the future of the credit union.

Opened a IRA there.They put 20 dollars in a savings account for me for opening a IRA.I came across some bad times and had a garnishment.The garnishment took the 20 dollars out of the savings account that I never opened never put or took a dime out of.When I went to draw my IRA out the boss Teresa left the members she was with to make sure that the employee helping me was going to take the 20 that I never put in and all the fees were taken out of my funds.When she went back to the members she was helping I asked the employee could I please just pay the 20 dollars even if I had nothing to do with the account or the twenty.He said I would have to ask Teresa to do that.When I went to Teresa office I stuck my head in and ask her would she please take those fees off she with a smart answer said I am with members,but it was ok for her to leave those members to make sure they keep my money.It cost me almost 200 dollars in fees for them opening a savings account and the charging me overdrawn fees on something I did not even know I had until I went to get my money.
