I had an appointment today between 1:30 and 3:00. I waited until three to leave because nobody had shown up. It is fine if they were backed up. However, when I called to ask the dispatcher to reschedule she argued that their truck was there at 3:00. I sat in my truck for 2 hours and I know that they had not shown up. When I told her she was wrong and to reschedule she hung up on me. I have given this business a ton of business over the years but I can promise you that i will never use them again after being hung up on.

I was expecting to be told I n...

I was expecting to be told I needed to replace the whole lockset I had just brought in. The guy looked it over...even told me this model hasn't been made in at least ten years (now I could imagine a costly replacement. I'm thinking maybe $100 or more).

To my relief he procured a new 'cylinder' thing to replace the old non-working part. I went home...installed it and works fine.

The damage was about $6. The 'fix' was honest...no purchasing of something I didn't need.

This was the regency road location.
