Provided by YPmobileObviously very stupid. I told the person on the phone that i wanted to cancel my basic cable because i didnt want to pay for somthing i didnt use. She then asked me why i was cancelling my service. Hello? Didnt i just say why i was? Ive always had issues with customer service from insight. They put you on the longest holds to answer the simplest questions
