We took our Subaru to Japanese Auto Works because the clutch had gone out, and something else (unknown) was wrong. They fixed it, to the tune of $1700. Then about a week later, the clutch went to the floor. Back again, another several hundred dollars. Now, the car is messed up again, two weeks later. We will NEVER take the car to this place again. We don't really know if they just don't know what they're doing or if it is malicious. Either way, it has cost us a fortune and our car is in the worst shape ever.

Clutch and other repairs were performed at the same time on a Vehicle with over 165,000 that had not had any service/repairs beyond Oil Changes. Customer has returned for other maintenance and repairs for this Vehicle and another
