Staff work very hard to help customers and are friendly. Everytime I am in they're busting their butts putting up new stock and putting away cut fabric. Selection is great. They have the most variety in fabric in town. Store has turned around for the better the past 2.5 years. I live in Wilmore and shopping at Joanns is my number one choice, even though Hobby Lobby is closer. Their fabric at Hobby Lobby is sparse and over priced. Joann fabric and crafts have great coupons or sales everyday! Make sure to sign up for their coupons! As long as you go by the return policy on the back of your reciept, returns are pretty much hassle free.

Not organized, staff not always friendly or even helpful, and not a very great selection of fabrics or yarns to choose from.
