I actually send my infant to this location, and I have no idea what that other reviewer is talking about. I also think it's bad form to leave a review based on a single tour.

In my experience, you can get through the first door if another parent opens it for you, but no one is getting past the second door without a code. They also have security cameras throughout. And now with COVID, only kids and staff are allowed in areas other than the main lobby. The staff are very skilled and caring. My son has been doing well here and the max child:staff ratio in the infant room is 4:1 instead of 5:1. 5:1 is the state defined max ratio for infants, and it's what a lot of other daycares in the area are doing. It's a lot better than another daycare my son previously attended and is worth the extra $50 a week in my opinion.
