I've known Lexington Airport Taxi for long time always on time. Always clean.

So don't believe everything you read.

Believe it when you see it.

Horrible service. If you are not going very far your not going with this one man show for a taxi service.

I never write reviews, but the disbatcher was so helpful I had to say something. Just after a snowstorm and the other taxi company can't promise a time of pickup. I call this number and the guy says he can get a time for me. He calls his drivers and calls me back and guarantees 45 mins or less for pickup. I already have the other taxi coming so he promises to call me back after the next customer is dropped off. He calls me back 15 mins later and says he can pick up in 15 minutes. The cab was on time just as he said. He genuinely wanted to help me out. Awesome service.
