Ordered xtra large pepperoni and sausage pizza. Picked up and took home. Pizza was extremely salty and spicy. I have ordered from this and other locations many times since moving in from florida. Never had a pizza of such poor quality. My wife and grandson would not even finish their piece. I only ate their pieces it was so bad. In addition I ended up throwing the remaining 10 pieces out.

I called store with complaint to let their know they needed t check their ingredients. Spoke with Sara(mgr on duty) and never had such poor customer service. I initially only called to let you know of my displeasure not to get a free pizza. Sara spent more time talking down to me and would not listen to what I was telling her. In addition to talking down to me, she spent more time defending the pizza then, calling me "man" and "hon". When I asked her to for her name and to stop and listen she insisted to me that she gave me what I wanted. She asked if I called and wanted a free pizza. At that time I was was extremely upset and told i either wanted my money back or a credit. She said she obliged but was quite rude and disrespectful. I never had such a difficult time calling a store and voicing a complaint only to be talked down to and belittled. I would like to personally speak to the store owner or regional manager about my experience with this store and "Sara"the mgr. i would have been happy if she only listened and took me serious.
