Lexington based Mulberry Builders is owned and operated by Chris and Chellie Mulberry. Our licensed team of professionals design, remodel, and build anything from kitchens and bathrooms, basements, and everything in between. We provide custom and semi-custom new home construction as well roofing and restoration services. Just ask to see some of our predesigned plans that can be tailored to your needs. So how did we get our start? Chris began rehabilitating abandoned properties in and around Lexington during the winter of 2005. It was then he discovered his passion for seeing old become new and house become Home. Having studied and gained experience in architecture, business, and construction, Chris decided to open a general contracting business, and Mulberry Builders was formed. In addition to rehabilitating properties, Chris started building a client base of people who saw the value Mulberry Builders could add to their home. Chellie became a team member in 2007 and she and Chris were married in 2009. Together they have built partnerships with their clients and community, making Home a better place for everyone. We understand the importance of quality work and great service when it comes to something as personal as your home.
