I agree with the previous post. I had a similar experience. Took my teenage son for a haircut and sat around for about 2 hours. NO ONE HAD APPOINTMENTS. They just took people in order they came in EXCEPT for when som UK students walked in then all of a sudden they bumped my son out of his place. Finally I stood up and said something and they gave me same excuse about those people having appointments. But the UK guys were shocked that they were called shortly after arriving.
