Rip Off and Waste of Time and Money

Customer service seems great while you're making a purchase, but after that it all goes south. We bought 3 appliances for what seemed like a great price. We had to come back another day to pick them up, as we didn't have a vehicle big enough. We tried setting up the pick up several times but she always had excuses, like being sick, or having court on the day we were able to go, etc. We FINALLY rented a truck and discovered when we got there that she had sold the stove we bought! She substituted it for another, and we hauled the things to our house an hour and a half away, comfortable in her "30 day guarantee." What a joke! The dryer would light up, but wouldn't start. We discovered a switch was not plugged in, no big deal, we plugged it in. Then it turned on, but didn't tumble. The motor is shot. The electric stove had faulty wiring, and started to smoke from behind the control panel the first time we turned one of the burners on. We've tried calling to see if she will make good on her guarantee, but we can't get ahold of anyone who will help us. Doris is never available. Shocker. We're going to have to buy the parts to make these things work, and it's going to cost more than what we bought them for in the first place. Don't waste your time and money here, I wish we would have known this before.

I bought a used washer and dryer on 1/6/18 for 600.00 I keep trying to get it fixed by them I have a receipt with 3 month warranty nothing has gotten fixed it had a broken drain hose I paid 27.00 for I’m being ignored no call backs when I did get a call back she was worried about me posting it on these yellow pages not my washer want my money back just like I gave her total of 650.00 remember me

Doris Appliances on Leestown Rd.

Customer service was good when I purchased the refrigator. My renter never received the refrigerator that day and no one will answer the phone. Do not go to them, total rip off.
