Provided by YP.comDo NOT even think about living here. When you visit, they show you a very nice looking apartment when in reality, the actual apartments are falling apart. There are giant cracks in our walls from the foundation shifting & their way of fixing it is to just plaster over it until it cracks again. Along with that, the doors are hung crooked so that there are gaps at the top .Because of this, rain, wind, snow etc all gets in.They overcharge on electricity every month and won't give you a breakdown.. The wifi is out every other day &they take days to fix it. The general atmosphere is also very unsafe. Every week I see cop cars & there are constant parties/weed during weekdays. My car was totaled after being hit while parked here overnight & the management was extremely unhelpful with it. People here are extremely inconsiderate when it comes to other peoples' property and swing their car doors into your car. I do not feel safe here and will definitely not be returning any time in the future.

Provided by YP.comIt was a really fun experience and I loved the apartments. I lived at Red Mile Village for several years while I was in school and it was great. If there was ever a problem in my apartment (which was rare), maintenance came immediately to fix it. They were also always really nice and respectful when they came in my apartment. The staff were all really nice too. They held events that were really fun and inviting and I met a lot of good people there. I loved RMV and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Provided by YP.comThese apartments are seriously the worst. They charge you every single thing they can think of. They even threatened to charge me 30 dollars because I didnt tell them the light above our front door was burnt out and 'it created a safety risk.' When I questioned them about this, they then said it was just a warning - but be aware for next time. After that, they started charging us electric overages that we paid a few times. Finally the fees were so high we started asking for copies of the electric bill and the overages mysteriously stopped - even though we started using the AC more consistently. Once, I got locked out of my room and it was 75 dollars to just walk back with a master key and unlock the door. In another incident they over-charged my account and caused me to overdraft - when I brought this to their attention they basically told me it was my fault and I should've read the terms and conditions more closely. They went on to say that they would credit my account for the excess amount, but not the overdraft fee. If you have questions about the charges, they will tell you whatever they can just to get you off the phone and to pay it. They assume all their tenants are college kids who dont know any better and will sneak in charges. Also, the furniture they use is horrible. Everything is very cheaply made - if you touch something, it will break. For example, my bedroom was broken for the majority of the year - they refused to fix it until recently. Do not get tricked into living here!
