I am currently living at Royal...

I am currently living at Royal Lexington Apartments. It is the worse apartments to live in. When I moved in the appliances were old and dirty. And I guess because I moved in w/ random people who were currently living in the apartments (renewed their leases) it was so dirty in the kitchen, the walls, and the bathroom. I would never recommend any of my friends to live here. Its loud at night and the place is just terrible. The rooms are super small and the air condition only cools down the living room and kitchen. So its hot all summer in the rooms no matter how high you have the air. And I wouldnt dare touch that pool. The only good things about this apartment complex is the new management and staff are friendly, the gym area is pretty nice, and it is close to campus.
