I was out of state with my son being trained for his service dog. I went to Ohio's local shoe Carnival and bought 2 pairs of shoes. I had $10 shoe perks and a $10 coupon. The store in ohio wouldn't except both. So when I got home I went to this shoe Carnival and they gave me the amount of my coupon back. We r a family of 4. My special needs son has trouple finding shoes due to the braces he has to wear. We have shopped here for the past 5 years. I will not go anywhere else. They are great with helping us with what ever we need. The associate that I dealt with last time was named Donna.. I don't remember the mangers name. Good job guys.

I went to the store today to buy two pair of shoes. The Manager wasn't nice also two other cutomer(s) was unhappy as well. I will not go back to the store and will go to the other store on Bryan Station Road the manager and staff are very nice and will work with you. I will inform my family member(s) and friend(s) not go to this store for anything. Whoever said that this is a great store and staff was nice you MUST got a big discount or you have a lot of money.
