Funny that I read the previous review after we ordered. Exact same situation except we were hung up on twice by a lady that claimed to be manager. When we were told by a second ( very polite) gentleman, that the real manager would call us back, he did not. When we called back, the second person claiming to be the manager refused to even listen to our complaint before he told us that he (literally) didn't care about our situation. I am a 37 year average professional. I have never in my entire life experienced worse customer service than this place on this evening. Refused to even listen to us after they delivered the wrong pizza. Very impressive, and if the individuals involved don't get pushed out of the industry, I hope this business can hire more acceptable customer service reps than what we had to endure this evening. Do not order a pizza from Sir Pizza on Richmond Road in Lexington Ky. If you need additional warning, please call Robert Caummisar at 8596089252. Embarrassing.

We ordered a large pizza from this establishment and they sent the wrong one. Not only was it the wrong pizza, what they sent only had one topping and wasnt even good. We talked to two different people on the phone including the manager, and they would not send us another pizza or try to make it right.Last time I will eat at sir pizza..
