Do not use Hillenmeyer or Weedman.
They will perform service without your consent and bill you for it.
We contacted them about killing weeds in our backyard.
They came out and said they could not perform the service that day as we needed a "killout" first, and to call in and schedule a killout appointment.
We decided not to schedule the appointment.
Since then, they allegedly came out and performed the regular service (that they told us they could not do) twice without our consent or knowledge and then attempted to bill us for it.
After contacting them a few times to try to resolve this and getting no where with the person on the phone, we just hoped it would go away.
We have now been sent to collections for a service that we did not order!
Stay far away from Weedman or their parent company Hillenmeyer Garden Shops. 😡

Watched a video of this man assaulting a private citizen on public property in Lexington. This is OUTRAGEOUS and doing business with him would not seem to be a wise move. https://www.facebook.co

I love the service I got. It definately made a huge Difference. My yrd is perfect.
If you need a company that can get the job done effectively and efficiently this is the place.

The lawn treatment did nothing to improve the appearance of my lawn. They recently called and said that I owed them $37 for the last treatment, yet I had not received a bill for the services. They said they could waive the late fees if I would have the fee placed on my charge account. I asked them to bill me because I don't use charge cards. I also told them I was not satisfied with the lawn treatment and that my yard has more weeds now than it did when I began the treatment. They were only concerned about collecting the money. I am willing to pay for the service received, but do not feel I owe late fees because I was never billed and the first I knew of an outstanding balance was this evening.



I would not use them again.
