Provided by YP.comCannot adequately outline how terrible my experience was with Su Casa without an overly lengthy posting that I know will conjure up unhappy memories. Therefore, I will summarize:
Communication: Terrible. They will not return a phone call. As long as you are ok with calling them everyday sometimes multiple times to obtain information, you will be fine. On one of my daily calls I asked if they could just give a call updating me.... the person I was speaking to said that they are SO busy that they can’t be expected to call.
Service from crew: fine. You may expect that they will tell you the job is complete, then you inspect to find it is not complete. When you ask them what about...., they will respond that they don’t have the part on the truck and they will return or the office will call you with an update. They won’t return and as said under Coomincation....no one from the office will call, I know this because 2 separate crews told me this.
Summary: if I were to recommend a company for solid surface/ tile work I would recommend Stones & Granite of Lexington. I would tell my friend DO NOT call Su Casa unless you enjoy being tortured.
By the way over a week later, still awaiting a call back for a part that was taken from my home that is needed to Fiji FPS he my job. I am not holding my breath! Everyone has the right to make their own decisions about those they choose to contract with, so make up your own mind, but I certainly can not recommend this company nor will they ever step foot in my home ever again!

Provided by YP.comI'm incredibly happy with my experience with Su Casa. I went in for a free design consult, and came out with a whole new idea for my kitchen. I received a very good quote and went to their stone shop to pick out my slab of granite. The whole process took about 2 weeks, very quick easy and helpful

Provided by YP.comI'm very happy with the work that Su Casa completed. I priced several places and this one was by far the best deal. They also had friendly staff and they wanted to make sure everything looked perfect to my liking. I would definitly recommend them.

Provided by YP.comIf I could have submitted this review with ZERO stars I would have. Nothing but inconsiderate inconsistency from this company since we stepped foot into their business. We met with a “designer” on 05/03/08 and received a quote for some special ordered tile. We were quoted $30 a square foot. On 5/10/08 we decided to place the order. We were told that the person that provided us with the quote was no longer with the company and therefore the price was not going to be upheld…the new quote was $38 per sq. ft. We should have walked away right then and there. Unfortunately for us we decided to give them a chance. We place the order on 05/15/08 and instead of purchasing 7 sq. ft. of tile we went with 5 to make up for the price difference. We paid in full at the time of the purchase and were quoted and ETA date of 06/05/08. That day came and went with no contact from SuCasa. So we called and received a new ETA of 6/27/08…3 weeks later than the original date. Seems to me they never placed the original order. Anyway, that date came and went without contact from the company as well…as did the next two ETA’s of 07/02/08 and 07/08/08. I had also called and left messages for the two supervisors multiple times...no one took the time to return my call. Finally, after calling the warehouse for 3 days straight my husband received a return call indicating that the merchandise was in and it would be at the store “sometime” on 07/10/08. I spoke with a manager who refused to reimburse the $25 shipping cost for the inconvenience. She did say that I could get a full refund for the $225.00 spent on the merchandise. So they would rather reimburse the cost of the entire order than provide me with a $25 apology for my friends and family eating off of Durarock for the last two months, the hours spent on hold or leaving messages trying to find out what was going on with the merchandise we had already paid for, or the attitude we received from the "designers" and manager. I know I didn’t spend a fortune…but I am still a paying customer and deserve respect.
