Over the years Mr. Hume has worked on clocks for me and my family members and has shown the highest professionalism and is the most knowledgeable person in this community on clocks of all kinds. Five stars isn't enough for this man. He's the best of the best.... plain and simple.

Took a expensive cuckoo in to be repaired and what I got back was NOT my cuckoo, then wanted to charge me $250. Didn't really notice till I got home. I kept the top pc while they repaired the clock and when I went to place it, it was totally different. This clock much smaller than mine. It looks cheap, thin wood and when we called about it, they wanted us to bring it all back to them. Why? So they can rig it up? I don't want this cheaper clock, I want MINE. They claimed mine was the only cuckoo they had in their shop. So, what did that mean? They intentionally ripped me off? Or damaged my clock and tried pawning this cheaper one off on me. A blind person to tell the clock I got back was not the clock that went in. BEWARE!! Not honest!!
