Very unprofessional!! Went into store and asked about monograming outside items, as advertised, and was told "absolutely YES, we do that". Went back in four days later with items to monogram, started filling out paperwork and then the employee called the owner or manager to make sure items were OK and was told that they don't do monograming on outside items? Both employees were almost in shock. They told me they had never heard of that "new rule". I told them I had not either. They did apologize to me because of the "new rule", evidently just made up at that second. I will not, nor doI ever eencourage anyone else to go to a store that practices business as they do. Very unprofessional to say the least!!

The cutest little gift store that I have ever seen. They have a little something for everyone, and all of it is stuff that you absolutely will not find anywhere else.
