Starting in the military, I've been getting dirty and working with my hands and tools most of my adult life (I'm now 39). Inside and out, I've remodeled houses wall-to-wall and performed the filthiest, most exhausting manual labor and clean-up projects you can imagine. I'm your go-to guy when you have to get it done, but dread the thought of doing it. No criminal record, substance abuse, or history of unemployment. University of Kentucky business graduate, bilingual in Spanish and a health-and-fitness devotee. Good schools and great parents (had to brush and floss every night). Among other things, I appreciate good bourbon, firm handshakes, classic rock 'n' roll and humble, down-to-Earth people. I love to work and my heart bleeds for anyone who doesn't. It's a time-consuming and inescapable part of life, but properly leveraged, a life-long source of pride and confidence (and a phenomenal form of exercise - mental and physical). I don't gamble, draw SSI, or live with Mom and Dad. Debt-free and completely self-supporting, I take my work seriously. I have a trailer, two trucks, an arsenal of tools and alliances with many skilled associates who can accomplish most residential projects. I'm a fanatic for challenges, new experiences, and projects of any size or scope. A perfectionist by nature, if I can't complete the project to your satisfaction and mine, I can't see much reason to undertake it. Although I left active duty in 1998, I still credit the U.S. Marine Corps with much of my character and life skills. In the Corps, we learn how to think fast, move fast and make things happen! We hold ourselves to an elevated standard of conduct, integrity and performance that stays with us long after we shed the uniform. The sense of accomplishment that you enjoy every day in the service is hard to duplicate in civilian life, but I never stop trying. You will appreciate my attitude and work ethic. Little is impossible and giving up is always the last option. I'm in superb physical shape, I work fast and smart, I don't smoke or take breaks. I'm a determined, strong-willed person. Struggling over a name for my business, I asked a loyal client for ideas. He said, "You're the get-it-done guy."

Morgan was a pleasure to work with. He resurfaced our deck and did a few other odds and ends on the outside of our house. He always arrived on time and cleaned up the job site each day.

Morgan stopped by and completed everything we had talked about quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with his hard work and dedication to doing a great job. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I hired Morgan to build a few pieces of ikea furniture and hang some paintings on my walls. He arrived right on time (to the minute) and the furniture was built excellently and the paintings are still hanging. Extremely friendly guy, even offered some roommate advice for me.

Morgan is one of the hardest working contractors I have ever seen. We recently contracted Morgan for a number of landscaping projects and his work was impeccable. The job-site was spotless when he left and the quality of work was fantastic. Morgan also offered really good advice and is very knowledgeable. The project came in right on budget. I highly recommend him.

"Mr. Salyer is a rare individual in this industry. First off, any contractor that returns calls within 24 hours is extremely rare in my book. Mr. Salyer returned my call within 3 hours on a weekend. He was spot on with the estimate & hours needed to complete the job. He leaves no mess behind & the job is done to the highest degree. He takes great pride in his workmanship & craftsmanship for an affordable price. He met all time commitments on my project and I was completely satisfied. Mr. Salyer is indeed the get-it-done guy & I highly recommend him for those who want things done but don't have the skills or more importantly, the time in which to do it."
