I went into this location this afternoon, April 7, 2020, to conduct some simple business. There were 2 employees visible and 1 other customer. I was asked if I could be helped almost immediately upon entering.

I’m not going to go into detail about my experience, but the young lady that waited on me was extremely rude and disrespectful to the extent that I found it necessary to actually walk out without finishing my business. I went on to the next nearest UPS store and conducted my transaction, and it was handled courteously and professionally.

I’m a retired retail management consultant with 40 years of experience teaching a wide variety of retail business owners and managers how to make money. I know a thing or two about personnel issues, and this store definitely has one. Don’t bother going here if you’d like to be treated with at least the minimum amount of dignity and respect. If this young had been working under my control she would have been fired on the spot.
