I bought a Groupon to use here and it was a BIG MISTAKE.



I called yesterday to ask about inventory--just looking for a twin mattress, box spring and frame. I was quoted a price of $150-200 which seemed reasonable. So, I made an appointment and went by the shop today. As soon as the merchants found out I had the Groupon, the original quoted price doubled to over $400--for a TWIN MATTRESS. Of course I pointed out the issue and I got some sort of ridiculous response that they only get half of the price I paid and they have to make money, etc. etc. I let them know that they were better off not offering a Groupon than to gouge customers. I could buy a top of the line mattress, box springs and frame for $400 or a mediocre full set.
