It is relieving to know that there are still honest businessmen in the world! Yesterday at Valvoline, i had the 1st oil change done on my 2015 Versa. Today, the oil plug popped off, leaving me stranded on the side of the interstate. I called Valvoline and told the manager what happened. The manager, Zach Powers, drove 45 miles out of his way to come to my aid. He corrected the issue and had me back in the road in just a few minutes. I could not be more impressed with his customer service. Mistakes happen on occasion and that's understandable. It makes me feel really good to know that the guys at Valvoline care and correct this kind of mishap. I will not hesitate to recommend Zach and his team to others and this is where I will be getting all of my future oil changes! Thank you Zach Powers for running an honest and helpful business.

The staff is super nice extremely professional and quick! I've been to other places in Lexington and this one has the best customer service. I'd give 100 stars if I could!
