DO NOT deal with this place if you can help it! The guy who owns and runs it (Mark) is a huge jerk. I ordered a table saw from this store and they told me when I ordered it that they could either wait until someone else ordered a table saw to place the order and I'd get free shipping, or they could order it right away and I would have to pay $150 for shipping. I asked the guy who was running the register if there was any way that they could comp the shipping charge since I was spending almost $2000 in their store that day. They called the owner and the owner said they would wave the shipping charge and order it right away, and that the saw would be there in 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later the saw still wasn't there and I contacted the saw manufacturer and found out that Woodcraft hadn't given them the ordering information until literally 3 weeks after I had placed the order! When I asked the owner (Mark) why my saw wasn't there he first said that the manufacturer was taking a long time to ship it; when I told him what the manufacturer had told me he admitted that he had let it sit on his desk for 3 weeks before ordering it. When the saw finally came in (a full 5 weeks after I ordered it and Woodcraft took my money) I noticed that there were two saws on the pallet that came in. He hadn't forgotten about it like he claimed; he had waited till he had another saw order to place my order so he wouldn't have to pay shipping! When I confronted him about it he actually cursed at me! Needless to say I'll never be going back there again!
