The landlady is a complete crook! I left the apartment 60 days ago and have not received my deposit despite the fact that nothing is wrong with the apartment. Also, the entire building is infested with roaches AND bed bugs. They refuse to treat the place....

Zandale is hell on earth. Never EVER live here.

I live here, never had any problems it's nice and quiet and since the old manager left they are fixing it up and they even spray for roaches every month. Bills are included and its in a really good location so I can get everywhere even though I don't have a car.

NEVER EVER EVER, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MOVE TO ZANDALE TERRACE APARTMENTS!!! they are infested with bedbugs, and the apartment manager will try to con you into paying for an exterminator yourself, even though it is their legal responsibility to do so. they will try to force you to throw your furniture away and spend hundreds o...f dollars on ineffective treatments that they have invented themselves, under threat of evicting you for noncompliance. the apartment manager is only available to for about 15 hours per week, does not return phone calls, and if you approach her with an issue such as parking, repairs, or bug infestation, she just yells and screams unintelligible gibberish until you hang up the phone or walk away. trust me people, $450 a month rent is not worth losing your furniture, your health, your unborn children, and what little peace of mind you may have. just dont do it people. just dont do it.
