I bought a washer and dryer this past week. 2-16-17 they sales girl was great. Very helpful and friendly. The prices was awesome. I shop around an couldn't find anyone cheaper. I love my new appliances. I will be returning to by more. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I brought a stove from them on a Saturday and paid for it then and the deliver fee. I told them it was fine to deliver it on Monday. I asked them what time would they be delivering it. The lady responded oh we can't give you a time they may get here Saturday morning and be told to do something else, but as of right now they have no deliveries Monday monring so probably the morning or around lunch. I'm thinking ok so they open at 9am and lunch around 12:30 so anywhere between 9am and 1pm. (I'm still giving them a 4 hour window remind you) I told the lady ok that should be fine I work 3rd shift so i can still get some sleep before work. She says they will call you before they head your way. So now it's Monday. I wait until 12:30 and decide I haven't received a call from them at all about coming this way or even to let me know they are behind. So i call and ask them around what time b/c I do have to sleep today as I work 3rd shift. She says again oh idk we can't give you a time and they had to go to Salisbury this morning. Ok i understand things happen however if that's the case please just call to give me a heads up. At 2:30pm i get a call from one of the deliver guys stating they are behind i said i understand. He informs me b/c it is being delivered to Rural hall and that is 35min away it wont be until 5pm. I said I know how far out it is I drove to you guys Saturday and paid for everything but ok 5pm. They were delivering it to my parents as that's who I bought it for. My father being the clown he is says with a laugh I thought I'd be the first stop today haha. The guy says oh we had other things to do. I'm giving this bad review b/c they do not respect peoples time nor do they care. All they knew was I had already paid for it. If living 35min out is too far for you guys to deliver i understand just tell me that when i asked about delivery. I would have made other arrangements. If i had not called i would have waited all day not hearing anything until almost 5pm.

I DON'T SEE WHY ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE. I BOUGHT A SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE AND THEY WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP OUT WITH MY ICE MAKER. MY GRANDSON ALSO BOUGHT ONE WITH NO PROBLEMS. LOUISE

Sorry to hear Mary W had a problem, we bought used washer & dryer and had a problem with the dryer a week later, they came and fixed it tho. Heat element burned out, which happens I hear. They have a new sales manager, Wayne that has national experience and is committed to happy clients. We will be back..

Horrible! they sell rigged appliances, do not stand behind warranty! Do not answer complaints made by BBB! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a stove and fridge Feb 2014 it is 8/14 and have to replace both! They do not answer the phone, respond to emails!
