Provided by YPmobileI went through the drive thru to order three of the big box meals. As I get to the window, I was informed they were out of the drink I ordered. I asked for something else... They were out of that too. My passenger then asked the woman in the window (wearing a manager name tag) if mayo came on the chicken sandwich. Her response was "huh?" When asked the question again, she huffed, rolled her eyes & slammed the window. If that's how the manager feels about customers, they obviously don't need my business. Them being out of sodas would have been fine, it happens but her being that rude was completely uncalled for! I tried calling the store to ask for a general managers name and number. The phone rang about ten times with no answer. No wonder there are never many cars there. I know I'll never go back again!

Provided by YP.comI have eaten at this Hardee's in the past many times and had been pleased with the service and food. I ate there (or intended to) today January 4, 2009. I ordered the number 4 combo with everything on it. When it came, there was nothing on it except a little mayonaisse. I took it back and asked for everything on it. I waited forty minutes and still had not gotten it even though I asked about it and they told me it was coming. When I finally got it, it was the wrong sandwich. My daughter had to take hers back, but she did get hers right the second time. While I was in the restaurant, another customer also had the same thing happen to him that had happened to me. A third customer took her sandwich back twice because there was no hamburger meat on it. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant. I can understand someone making a mistake the first time, but the second time is unexcusable and a customer shouldn't have to wait forty to fifty minutes getting their food the second time around. I was very disappointed because I have always enjoyed eating at that restaurant. Also the person fixing the food in the back was cussing loud enough that customers could hear, and the employee at the cash register asked him to please stop. The manager was a poor excuse for a manager because I had to keep asking for her attention to try to get my problem solved. The manager should have also asked the cook to stop using his profanity.
