I tried to take the rating off but I could not get the star to go off. I called about 10am on Tuesday to make an appointment for a haircut and the receptionist could not make the appointment. She had to leave a message for a lady named Kat to call me back. Hours have passed. Since I haven't got a call back I called them and told them I didn't know it would be so difficult to make a hair appointment with them and that I'd go elsewhere.
