We purchased two number 4 combos and had to wait on the tots to be cooked. When we got home to eat, the tots weren't cooked thoroughly and the Dr Pepper was pure carbonation without syrup. Called the owner Lindsy Scott and while speaking we were disconnected twice due to a faulty phone. When she called back she asked for her faulty product back, and then informed me that she packed the tots herself and burned her hand so they were indeed cooked. I know that food can be hot without thoroughly being cooked, so to insult a patron who's unhappy already is unacceptable and poor customer service. I spoke with the D.M. And he was very nice and offered to make it up to us. By this time I am upset with the treatment I had received by Mrs. Scott so I declined. I was not looking for a free hand out, just a credit for the food that was poorly served. Had I dealt with Mr. Morton the first time, I am sure I would have been a satisfied customer. But as it stands, I will not be returning.
