The worst service EVER in healthcare. It was my first time and last time I will ever go there. The staff had the most uncaring attitude. I waited 2 hrs in excruciating pain and they did nothing but take every person that came in after me when a complaint was made. When to Rowan Medical and was immediately taken back as the symptoms were appendicitis. Would never recommend and honestly, they don't deserve 1 star!!!!

I was given great service by the front desk and security in the ermgency room. Every other part of my visit there was miserable. I was barely given any information by the doctor and insulted by the billing department upon discharge. I have never had such a bad experience in a hospital. Then the bill came and was insanly high! I tried to call to set up a payment plan only to be told I coud go to a 3rd party to pay it with interest, pay it in full in 90 days or be sent to a creditor. My advice to anyone who has a choice, GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL!
