I was always a non-believer in Chiropractic. I had felt that the only way to handle problems was with medicine and surgery and other procedures.

I have had 2 different epidural steriods delivered in my spine to help with my herniated discs in my back. I hardly had the frist procedure paid off before I had to have another one. The procedures required me to go to the hospital, have a person to drive me after the procedure, not be a guarantee, be expensive, etc. I passed out during my second procedure as the person administering the injection hit a nerve that caused me to pass out. No fun.

6 weeks after I had my daughter, my back went out. Very scary. I was home alone with a 6 week old baby and couldn't move, the pain was so bad. I called my physician and they could be of no assistance. I then called Dr. Chelsa who had me come in right away. Though it was a Monday, and she was packed with patients, she was able to work me in multiple times throughout the day. I was put in the back where I could still be with my daughter and be in pain, in privacy. Throughout the week, I slowly got better. I have since become a believer. I allow my daughter to be adjusted, I continue to be adjusted, and for different things. When I get a cold, I get adjusted and it helps. My daughter is under the age of 2 and can't have medicaitons for colds and coughs. She had been congested for a week and I was planning on taking her to her doctor. Dr. Chelsa adjusted her and the next day, she showed marked improvements.
