My Dermatologist Nichole Thomas was just great. However I agree with the last post. The receptionist here are the worst. They are rude and extremely prejudice. Even Racist perhaps. They always give us a hard time when making appointments. Wouldn't even call in my prescription to the pharmacist nor return their call. The two of them at the windows constantly gossip and make it known that you’re not welcome if you are Hispanic or Asian and don't have the best insurance. I came in my last appointment June 2, 2014. 5 minutes late they said, and no one was in the lobby waiting and they said "She won’t see you and you'll just have to reschedule for some other day!" Didn't even let her know I was there. Said" she took someone else." Then smirked at each other as if they were pleased with themselves. I’d stay clear of these guys because you can’t get passed these unprofessional receptionist!
