These guys are a joke! They don't keep appointments! Then when this man Charlie came out .He acted like he didn't want to do the work. He was so slow and milk the clock. Had to pay far to much!

They came to fix supposed to fixed my dad's ac and all the did was fill it with refrigerant to find the leak and they charged him $270 and they said that they will come back again the following week to fix it but will charge him $700 for the service and for coming back to his house. People should not try to use them instead call someone who is a lot more experience and will do the job better!! Because they will not do the job right for you!! Why take advantage of someone who does not know anything about ac??!! They should be closed down if they don't start doing their jobs right!!!

While the company was quick to come out and assess the problem with my AC unit ($99 service charge) and were polite over the phone during my initial call for help...they were completely inept after that. Communication is non-existent. I was told they would order 'the part' that was required to complete my fix...person on the phone seemed completely disconnected from my particular issue when I explained numerous times that the original service call invoice stated "Replace king valve."

Took over a week for the part to come in. When it finally arrived, I had two completely unprofessional young men come to my home who didn't even attempt to introduce/identify themselves. No uniforms...just dirty t-shirts and jeans. One of the young men didn't even speak at all while his cigarette dangled from his mouth...which I greatly appreciated him throwing on my lawn when he was done with it. When I approached the other young man, he seemed to not know a single thing about the original diagnosis of my AC unit and told me "I won't know what the problem is until I hook up all my gauges."

To my non-surprise, the part that was ordered was not the right part. The one young man (who could speak) actually took the time to knock on my door, tell me that part isn't the right part and that they'll need to order the correct one. No indication from him on how long that might take.

No follow up call from their office for over TWO WEEKS.

I finally get a call approx. 2 1/2 weeks later (I had given up on them at this point figuring they had simply forgotten about me) I get a call explaining "the correct part finally came in, when would you like to schedule the fix?" I explained that I had already fixed the issues via other means. The lady rudely replied "well thanks for the phone call to let us know."

How about a phone call to follow up with me that you take blame for the wrong part being ordered and that you're ordering a new one right away? How about a phone call that explains there's a delay in the part being shipped? How about an estimated date you'll be able to fix my unit so I may weigh my options out since we are sweltering in the 90+ degree heat in our home?

I understand that parts can take time to come in, but you need to communicate with your customers and explain what's going on. Honestly, I sought out another company to fix my unit because I never received professional feedback from YOUR mistake. Practices like that make customers feel like you've simply forgotten about them.

With all of that being said...they were certainly quick to send me a bill for the orig. service call ($99) even though they proved to be completely inept at everything else.

I would call them Carrier con artists. They will add stuff to your bill before you can blink your eyes. Watch out for these people. We had our system put in two years ago and they have had to service it three times already for wires not connected or switches not right, etc.. under warranty and we get charged extra fees for something totally unexplainable on the bill. I don't trust their work, their billing, or their years of faithful customer service because it isn't there anymore. You.ve gotten greedy and now do shotty work and mischarge the customer!
