Aaron's representative was rude to my wife. His manner abruptly turned sour when my wife asked what brand of water heaters Aaron's installed. In response to that question, he said, "It doesn't matter what brand -- they are all the same." When he was asked if Aaron's would install a particular GE water heater with a 12-year warranty, he said, "If you want us to give up our profit on the water heater, there is no warranty." Sensing the man was getting angry for no apparent reason, my wife tried to tell him we were prepared to pay for installation when he hung up. Very rude.
