This business helped me understand what was wrong with my brakes and what we needed to do to fix them! Love these Guys!!!!!

Needed brakes. Took my vehicle in and left it. Employee called to tell me it needed all four brakes done, plus alot of other parts. Almost $700. I asked for an explanation and he got angry and told me to come back and get my vehicle. I arrived in app. 15 minutes and my vehicle was still up on the rack with all four tires off. He said he then wanted to explain, but I told him when you tell off a customer, tell them to come back and get their car, then hang up on them, it's too late. He then hurried up. I took it to another local business and they repaired everything on the brakes, all four, plus installed a serpentine belt for $182 less than Brakes4Less quote. Be warned.... Don't waste your time or money. Support reputable local businesses. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.

Terrible work done. 399 dollars spent. Charged to turn a rotor but relaced the entire thing. Charged for hardware that dont exist. Charged for ceramic pads but metallic were used. Found this out after they started rusting up my alluminum alloy rims. Then upon further inspection when they removed the rims they used a socket too large to fut the recesses for the lugs and reamed, scarred and damaged all 4 rims. Never said anything to me about it. I will never go back and urge everyone else to steer clear of this place.

Worst service. Got my brakes done on a Thursday drove my family to myrtle beach from Columbia on that Friday came back Sunday. Got in my truck on that Tuesday and felt like m brake can asked up. Called the brakes 4 less and they told me to tow it at my expense to their store. As it was getting on the flat bed I saw a pair of plier's on my brake line. Went to the store and the mgr said he would mail me a full refund to my address. That has been 2 weeks ago now I am going to lawyer up.

As a newlywed in this economy, my wife and I are always looking for good deals. When the brakes of her Saturn Vue began to make noise, I dreaded taking it into a mechanic shop. We left our car there and waited for them to call with the estimate. I was so relieved to learn that the brakes could be fixedfor less than HALF of my previous mechanic! Thank you to the guys at Brakes 4 Less for providing such excellent service at reasonable prices! You are a life saver!

This place treats you like family with the prices to match. They only fix what needs to be fixed, I went in for a brake job and they only replaced the rear because I still had some life on the front pads, nice to know honest mechanics still exist. Ive been going to them for years after I had horrible luck with another shop and I'm glad I found these guys. They have great communication with there customers and know how to take care of them. I'll be back!

This place is awesome!!! Just when I thought excellent customer service did not did not occur any more, I was proven wrong. A special thanks to the team who helped me when I was stressing. Jared came to my rescue, and helped me make it back to Greenville. Friendly, knowledge, helpful, and patient. Bottom line... if your looking for excellent customer service check them out for yourself.
