Matt is one cool cat. My computer got a nasty virus that made it SUPER SLOW. I'm talking like it took an hour to boot up, another hour just to open a web browser, and another 45 minutes for the computer to register the fact that I clicked on something. It. Was. Bad.



I brought it to Matt and he did the best thing possible: He fixed it.



He backed up all my files, wiped my system clean, installed Windows 7 Ultimate ($340 value), put all my files back on, optimized it ($100 value), installed Avast anti virus software, CCleaner (tho Avast and CCleaner are technically free), and introduced me to AdBlock (A free Google Chrome addon that prevents ALL ads from the internet, including pesky youtube ads and facebook ads) ALL for how much? $200? Um, yes please!



He also installed a program called Team Viewer 7. What this does is, if I ever have another computer problem again, with my permission and personal dynamic password I can give him, he can log on my computer from his house, see what the problem is, and fix it. Wow. I was blown away.



He also gave me tips for preventing future problems, what to look out for, what he personally does every day to maintain his computers, and even gave me a lecture on the importance of surge protectors. He REALLY cares about customer service, which is something rare to find now-a-days.



Another good thing is I asked him was, "But what happens if you can't fix my computer? Will I still be charged a reduced amount or anything?" Because there were other services I called that, if they couldn't fix it, they would simply charge you half the cost for using their time. Matt's response? "You don't get charged if I can't fix it."



Bottom line? He is a very down-to-earth guy and really knows his stuff. He explained everything he did and was extremely trustworthy and nice. I got my computer back after the guaranteed 2 days of service and could not be happier.

I have an iPod Touch, I had only had it for three days and I dropped it on the ground. It landed on the screen and it shattered. I had NO clue what to do so I looked up the top rated computer repair companies and saw Dr. PC Computer Repair. I called him to see if he worked on iPods. He said he would love the opportunity to work on my iPod. In two days he had already fixed it. I was SSSOOO happy!!! My iPod looks brand new still. It was not that expensive, compared to having to buy a new one. If your screen has shattered or broken I would recommend Dr. PC Computer Repair!!!

I have a net book, it got a virus on it, and I brought it in to Dr. PC Computer Repair, where Matt Vaughn (the computer repair man) fixed my net book within two days. When I came back to pick my computer up he showed me exactly how to work it and what he had done. Since I got it repaired (about six months ago) I haven’t had any problems with it. I have told everybody I know to go to him if they have any computer problems and I would recommend it to you too!!!

I highly recommend Matt. He did a great job fixing my laptop. He answered ALL of my many questions and put my mind at ease. He also gave me good advice on what to do and what not to do in the future concerning my privacy and security on my computer.

I would highly recommend Matt Vaughn, owner of Dr. PC Computer Repair. My Mom was having computer issues and becauseI live out of town, I went online to see if I could find someone she could take it to. Based off of raving reviews for Matt, I called and less than 24 hrs later he was working on her computer. Not only was he able to repair at an extremely reasonable rate, he was also very kind and knowlegeable and explained what he did step by step for my mom. After the repair was done, Matt called to let me know he was finished and to make sure my mom was happy with his services.

I am currently a college student which everyone knows what that entails. Lots of school work and trying to make every dollar stretch, which is why I was so stressed and upset when my computer began having problems. Everyone in my area wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to "look" at my computer. I couldn't afford it and I was running out of options..that is until I discovered Dr. PC!
