I needed a rental car since my vehicle had to be serviced at the dealership. My dealership rep recommended this location. They were professional and flexible as well. I rented the car for three days but, my car wa repaired in two days. This location allowed me to leave it at the dealership and only charged me for two days. That's what I call good service. The dealership was Honda of Columbia. I think everyone was great, thank you.

This is the worst car I have ever driven. Had to use a towel to keep for getting a blister on my right leg. I don't know the last time the car was detailed. You would be amazed at what was found in the car. Old rental agreement from June 2016 receipts from May 2016 Lexington NC. All inside windows were filthy. We had to clean the windows before we could start our trip. The windshield washer fluid was low. Trash throughout the car. In the pockets on doors under seats, in the console and glove compartment. When I called the Branch and told them about the rental agreement in the glove box I was told to throw it in the trash. Which I did. We always use Enterprise, but in the future we may not. but if we do decide to return to Enterprise we will definitely check out the car before we leave the office.
