I went to look at a rental and the listing agent Liz was horrible! The house smelled like cat crap, carpets were all clawed up, paint was missing on the walls and claw marks on the banisters. She refused to ask the owner to clean the house to rent it out! Horrible service. Never rent from them!

I will NEVER again use Fairfax Realty! The way they go about handling properties is not of managing material. When I first tried to meet with Miranda Harris about the property she "stood me up" and didn't call or anything to say she wasn't coming but on the 2nd time we were to meet told me one of her big clients needed her to meet with him, A CLIENT IS A CLIENT whether he has more money then me or not!

I contacted the listed Agent, Miranda Harris, about my AC unit being out, it was 2 weeks before I heard anything from her just to see if it had started working. I have 2 small children and in the middle of summer with temps reaching 80+ in the home at night is REDICULOUS! Now with trying to get my deposit back, they want to give me the run around since my lease is up and wont release it to me even with the owner of the home calling to have the DEP released to me!

Now Miranda will not return text to me about the situation. Also she was going to help me with debt recovery/clean up. She has contacted me 2-3 times in 6 months time, not guiding me with it at all. But being very pushy as to trying to get me to buy a house, not looking at all my best interest.



I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIRANDA HARRIS OR FAIRFAX REALTY AT ALL .... THIS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR, IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT HASSELL THE WHOLE 6 MONTHS I'VE RENTED MY HOME

I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE FAIRFAX REALTY FOR ANYTHING.
