For my husband to return often is testament of how wonderful service & the Food U just have to go & Eat @ Fatz & see what U have missed! Her6speed

I have visited this location twice in the past month. Both visits were exceptional. I managed restaurants previously and understand quality food, customer service and atmosphere. I enjoyed myself and felt very well cared for by the staff from the management, chefs, the waitress/waiter and the hostess during these visits. I. give Fatz a big thank you for such a pleasant dining experience

The tables and silverware are not cleaned well and have smudges. I ordered Parmesan-encrusted chicken pasta. It came with plain pasta, not three-colored/garden pasta as described in the menu (I was looking foward to the three-colored pasta because those noodles do contain traces of vegetables, even if it's not much). The cheese fries that came with my husband's dish had a liquid-y yellow sauce, not actual melted cheese. The desserts were almost sickeningly sweet and sugar-covered. We couldn't finish them.

I loke the resturant but wonder why they FRY their rolls and do not tell people. People are eating salad and soup to be healthy but there is no mention of the fact that they fry their poppy seed rolls.

I do ask for them baked and they bring them, they are much better that way.

The service is exceptional, they really make you feel at home. The food is also excellant
