for many years I have put 3 books every December except for Dec 2021. Over the past year service has been so bad that I didn't buy any this last time. After today I'm glad I didn't. I will use the last of my book tickets that I have left and never return again and will not recommend anyone to use Franks Car Wash Lexington. I was not the only one in line waiting for so long and went back for a refund and left while a manager finale came back to find out why no cars were coming out after 22 minutes of the line stopped and 25 additional minutes in a slow line before it came to complete stop. Is the job of the manager to dry cars or to keep the operation runing smoothly?
