Love the service and installation

This is the best pool installation/service/supply store in town. Their staff are professionals who endure weeks of classroom training before being put on front lines to service customers. The staff can help navigate the most complex scenarios to help get your pool right. They also use computerized equipment to test your pool water and provide printed treatment guidelines for your specific conditions. The supplies they sell are some of the best the industry offers. They have been around for decades. When our pool had a leak, they followed up until the leak was resolved -- they did not give up even when the leak finder pros couldn't find the leak(s). They are busy because they are the best, most reliable pool care operation in town. You may pay a little more, but when things get challenging, you will get the service and support you need by people who know what they are doing!

We had an inground pool put in and could not be happier. Every part of the process from beginning to end was flawless. We could not be happier. I recommend Griffin pools for all your needs.

I read all the bad reviews and am somewhat baffled. I had a pool installed by Griffen in May 2004 and have been dealing with them ever since. They have always been friendly and helpful, never rude. I just this week had to have a new liner installed and again used Griffen and the job was done without an issue. It seems people never post positive comments just negative ones when they are angry. I believe in doing both but this time I will post positively.

We just purchased a above ground pool and the installer left all the boxes in our yard. Common courtesy would have warranted that you take the trash with you. Also my husband went by to see if he could exchange pool ladders and they said no because it had been taken out of the box. If I had checked these reviews before we went there I would have gone somewhere else. The only way I could post this review is if I gave them a star rating so they get one star that they are not worth.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PUT A POOL IN YOUR YARD NEVER USE GRIFFIN POOL, ITS BEEN TWO MOS AND STILL NO POOL ,THEY ARE A BIG JOKE AND THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK ,,, IF YOUR POOL FALLS GET READY TO PUT OUT MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET CAUSE GRIFIN POOL WILL NOT HELP YOU ,VERY SORRY COMPANY IM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL, NOW I SEE WHY THEY CLOSED THERE STORE IN AUGUSTA , CAUSE THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH ,SO PLEASE DONT USE THEM IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU .........
